I flew with Spanair and points were not credited. How do I know which flights entitle me to points?
All Spanair flights earn points except those flown using point redemption, charter flights, flights with special rates for agency discount, flights under service commission and those with employee discount.

To receive points for Spanair flights made, you should have presented you card membership number when checking-in. From the Spanair Plus Online Service at www.spanair.com/spanairplus you can consult your movements and points credited for flights made. In movement description you will find information related to the operation:

· Flight number

· Departure Airport code

· Destination Airport code

· Booking class

· Departure airport name

· Destination airport name
