If you flew with Spanair and points were not credited to your account, request them through the Online Services at www.spanair.com/spanairplus, introducing your card number and online password, next access "Point request" section or call Spanair Plus customer service on 902 13 14 10. Remember it takes at least 5 workings days from flight made to credit points.
