We are renewing our Punctuality Guarantee until the 31st of December 2008.


What is Spanair's Punctuality Guarantee?
Spanair's Punctuality Guarantee is valid for every passenger who has suffered a bigger delay than 15 minutes between the scheduled departure time and the closing of the doors to the aircraft, but only when the delay is due to the company.

As long as the specific conditions are fulfilled, Spanair undertakes to compensate the passenger as following:

If you travel in Business or Avant class 
An Avant E-voucher that you can redeem for a free ticket, valid at Spanair's domestic routes within Spain.


  If you travel in Economy Plus or Economy class 
An Economy E-voucher that you can redeem for a 25% discount, when buying your next domestic flight within Spain.

How to redeem the E-voucher?



For members of Spanair Plus
Spanair will transfer the voucher to your Spanair Plus account within five days after the actual flight. From the online service of your account you can easily check and make a reservation, redeeming your E-voucher without any service fees. Access your account here.

 If you are not a member

Become a member and start enjoying our member benefits and get 300 points as a welcome. Register here.

Go to Points request/not registered flights and introduce the information about the delayed flight.

After five natural days the corresponding punctuality vouchers will appear at your private account and then you can redeem them online.
If you are not a Spanair Plus member you can redeem your vouchers by phone 902 13 14 15 or at Spanair's Sales Offices. In these cases the current service fee will be charged when you make your reservation.
