With this Punctuality Guarantee, Spanair Plus compensates those passengers affected by a 15 minute delay attributable to the company with electronic vouchers.
Spanair automatically credits the corresponding vouchers to the Spanair Plus account of each affected member, during the 5 calendar days after the delayed flight. Therefore, those members registered with www.spanair.com/spanairplus will obtain their vouchers quicker and more conveniently, one of the many advantages of being an online member. Furthermore, they can automatically redeem their vouchers online, a benefit with hardly any expense to the Economy passengers registered with the service, and none whatsoever for Avant passengers.
