If you find a price on a Spanair flight that is cheaper than at spanair.com, we will give you 500 Spanair Plus points and 50 additionals for every euro that differ.
To do so you should complete the request form for compensation, remembering the following:
- - You need to prove that the final price for a Spanair ticket purchased online is cheaper than the final price available at spanair.com for the same leg, time and class.
- - The final price is the one shown in the last step of the booking process. The price shown in a previous step is not valid.
- - The prices you are comparing have to be for the same flight, time and day and also the same number of passengers and possible applicable discounts (resident and/or numerous family discount).
- - The comparison should be made on the same day to avoid price modifications due to availability.
- - The Minimum Price Guarantee applies to the total price of the booking. Including the air tariff, service fees and taxes.
- - Applicable on domestic flights within Spain.
- - The comparison should be made on prices which have not been subject to changes.
- - The price difference should be more than 5 euros.
- - The compensation is subject to approval according to the criterions of Spanair's personnel.
- - The comparison cannot be made on promotional tariffs which are only applicable for special agreements.
- - The only way to inform us is through the request form for compensation.
