Are fares different for children?
Child fares are for children between the age of 2 and 11. Adult fares apply to all persons over 12 years. Child fares are discounted. This discount depends on the class selected and can range from 10% to 50%. Infants (under 2 years) have a 90% discount on the air fare regardless of the selected class type.

Booking your ticket is very simple. Book your ticket instantly in 3 simple steps. You will receive an e-mail confirming that the booking was successful. After a few hours you will receive another e-mail confirming that we have received your payment and your ticket has been issued. Either of these e-mails will serve as proof of purchase, if you should require it. It’s that easy. Contact Spanair Center if you have not received either of the e-mails in 48 hours after booking.
Can I book a ticket for another person?
Yes, but following these steps:
- Make the flight booking(s).
- Download the form, complete it and send it to our fax: (+34) 971 261295.
- Attach photocopies of the credit card and both sides of your National Identity card (DNI) or the photo page of your passport.
- Once we receive the fax, we will validate your booking and you will receive your travel itinerary.

I have not received the booking confirmation e-mail, what should I do?
Go to the “Check your booking” option on our “Services” page. Enter the booking number given to you on the confirmation page. The booking number is made up of 6 letters and/or numbers. Also enter the surname(s) of at least one of the passengers exactly as it appeared when making the booking.
Once you access the booking information, you will be able to send the confirmation to your or any other e-mail account by clicking on "e-mail".
I need to book an extra seat. Can I do it online?
You cannot book extra seats through spanair.com. Please contact Spanair Center.
Is it safe to book online?
Yes, spanair.com uses the most secure systems on the market. We use the internationally-accepted SSL security system to code all credit card payments made through our website.
Service fee
The service fee is the amount that each airline or travel agency charges the customers for processing their online booking and it includes ticket issuing.
What does the all-inclusive price consist of?
You will be shown the total price to be paid right from the start of the booking process. It includes the air fare, airport charges and service fee. We are clear-cut at spanair.com. We show you the full price including all fees and charges from the outset, there are no catches.
What should I do if I need an invoice?
Go to the “Services” section and select “Invoice request”.
When can I book flights at spanair.com?
You can book online up to 60 minutes prior to the flight’s departure. If you need to make a booking in less than 60 minutes, contact Spanair Center at (+34) 902 13 14 15.
