Bought by the passenger: The Change Option should be bought together with the flight and the cost is 20% of the total ticket price.

Allowed changes: The Change Option allows a flight, date and/or time change until 7 days prior to the original flight's departure, as long as the new chosen flight is scheduled with a minimum of 7 days in advance. Name and route changes are not allowed.
